These terms of use (Terms) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Times Internet Limited and/or its subsidiary(ies) and/or affiliate(s) (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “TIL”, “we” or “our”) regarding your use of the PublishStory.co (“Site”) and services offered by the Company, including but not limited to, subscription- based services for TIL’s proprietary platform ‘PublishStory’ (the "" Service""). You agree that by registering for the Services, using the Site, or other information provided as part of the Services or by clicking “I agree”, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with TIL based on the Terms herein along with Privacy Policy, master service agreement (if any) as executed separately between you and TIL and/or any other additional terms and condition as applicable on you in relation to the use of the Services which is hereby incorporated by reference (collectively referred as “Agreement”), and become a User and agree to be bound by the Agreement.
